What Is KPA?
Kitty’s Performing Arts
KPA is a Global Performing Arts Wellness Program for Kids!

Preschool and early education years are lacking resources for both performing arts education and wellness. At the same time, there’s a rising physical and mental health crisis in kids and young adults. Growing up, kids are told to sit still, stay quiet, and learn to take tests. What happened to allowing kids to grow to love themselves, fostering their self-confidence, and teaching healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety?
The Global Childrens' Health Crisis
While many parents and educators are struggling to get students to focus and listen, we often hear that we need to be more disciplined and stern. The Kitty and Custard Club believes we’re looking in all the wrong places for relief. Instead of blaming screen time for the lowered attention spans and self-control, we should be offering resources to kids through their devices at home and in the classroom that tackles the problem at the source.
The best medicine for kids’ stress and anxiety is the performing arts. By using the power of music and movement, we can help kids shake off those jitters, organically address their feelings, and inspire self-confidence. At the same time, we can help them get their daily requirement of activity so they can focus better and sleep through the night!
Together, we can truly address the wellness crisis in our kids for generations to come.
What Does KPA Include?
The arts have been proven to improve mental health and wellness. They play an active role in therapy and can even reduce recidivism in kids who have been in the justice system. From an early age, kids need to move, sing, and dance to build their self-confidence, learn to express themselves, develop physically and mentally, and so much more. KPA aims to offer just that!
